
DROP-IN BOOTCAMP
Time to get into shape? Tired of the same old exercises at the gym? Need some peer pressure to keep you motivated?
Join us for a fun, but challenging one-hour outdoor fitness class. You can expect push ups, lunges, sprints, core exercises, agility drills, and more. Each week is a different workout, so you will never get bored.
Open to all fitness levels. If you are just starting out, I'll provide you with modifications; if you've been coming out for awhile, expect to be pushed!

Class runs rain or shine - so dress appropriately. We meet in the Douglas Park area at 8:30 am on Saturday mornings. (There is an undercover area nearby if the weather is really nasty.)
The more, the merrier. You are welcome to come out and try a class any Saturday. Drop-in is $15. Come with a friend or by yourself. No need to bring any equipment - it's all provided.
